At Better Me Business Coaching, we follow the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) approach to business coaching. The WABC defines business or executive coaching as occurring within an organisational context with the goal of promoting success at all levels of the organisation by affecting the actions of those being coached (WABC, 2007).
